⚠️ Pregnancy advisory: Please inform us before attending any class if you are pregnant or have recently given birth. Some classes are not suitable during pregnancy.

Bookings & Cancellations

To book a class, visit our Classes page and book directly online. For cancellations or rescheduling, contact us at least 24 hours before your session:

Please include your name, class date, and booking reference.

Birthday bookings

We’d love to host your special day, but we need a few bits of information to assist you. Could you provide us with the following:

• Choose your aerial class (please note that a combined class of pole and aerial will incur an additional £25 fee).

• Attendee total

• Preferred date and time

 Studio Hire

Looking to hire The POWERfit Studio for your own class, shoot, or event? We'd love to host you. Get in touch with the details below and we'll send you our hire pack:

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Purchased merchandise or a digital product and need to return it? You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days under UK consumer law.

  • For clothing/merchandise returns, items must be unworn, with tags attached, returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • For class tickets or digital products, please refer to our Refund Policy.
  • To start a return: email info@powerfitwitht.com — subject line "Return Request" — with your order number and reason.
