  • What to expect: 

    This class may be challenging for those that are starting out in pole and it is ok if you can’t perform all of the exercises well initially , the whole point of this class is to help you gain strength and feel empowered by this strength. You may be sore the next day and you may also bruise (it is just your body is getting used to this new form of exercise) but you are going to have an amazing time coming out of your comfort zone and facing new challenges

    If you have any injuries or medical conditions please advise me ASAP so I can discuss this further with you to see if you are able to safely take part in the class.

  • About your instructor:

    My name is Tiarna-ann Pearce and I am 26 years old. I have been perfecting my skills in Pole fitness and flexibility training for over 6years now. I am a certified beginner level and intermediate level pole instructor, I am a certified beginner level and intermediate level aerial hoop instructor I am fully first aid qualified and I am also fully insured to teach pole and aerial hoop. I am an international Powerlifter medalist and have been weight training for over 7years.

  • What to wear:

    Please wear suitable gym clothing you can purchase POWERfit Pole wear click here (I would advise you to wear shorts and a short sleeve top to help with grip on the pole), please do not apply any oils or moisturisers to your skin as this will affect performance on the pole and please do not wear any jewellery as this will get in the way and can cause injuries. Lastly please REMEMBER to bring water with you and a stretch mat, we are going to sweat and we are going to work hard but we are going to do it together
