Refund & Booking Policy


1. All bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your booking.


2. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will not be eligible for a booking transfer or refund.


3. Booking transfers (if eligible) must be used within 30 days of the original booking date.


4. It is your responsibility to:

   - Follow @ThePOWERfitstudio for updates.

   - Stay informed about future classes and availability.

5. Exceptions to this policy are made only at the discretion of The POWERfit Studio.


By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clothing or gift cards.
