POWERfit pole A strength and flexibility class where you will learn the fundamentals of pole fitness. Moves are tailored to your level and will accommodate your needs. You will have the chance to freestyle at the end of class allowing you to showcase all you have learnt. 

POWERfit Aerial hoop Continuous Bashment with a whine up yuh waistline warm up, strength and conditioning moves, followed by learning a range of moves tailored to your specific level and ability. These moves will then be combined to create a combination routine. 

POWERfit Aerial yoga Combining strength, cardio, flexibility and mobility practices, aerial yoga is one of the best ways to build muscle, elevate your endurance and allow you to feel confident whilst catching a Caribbean vibe. The hammock provides support throughout, relieving pressure from your body and allowing a deeper stretch within your yoga moves.

Self defence This 90 min class teaches techniques to protect yourself from negative energy and harm. Learn to strike, avoid negative situations, and confidently step into your power. Empower yourself with knowledge and skills to stay respected, appreciated, and safe.
