In celebration of POWERfit's five-year anniversary, we are excited to offer £5 class vouchers! You can experience all POWERfit classes for only £5, along with trying out some of new classes launching in the New Year.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, our diverse range of classes at POWERfit studio has something for everyone. Start your day with our Static Pole class from 10 am to 11 am, perfect for building strength and technique. Transition into the Beginner Pole class from 11 am to 12 pm, where you can learn the basics in a supportive environment.
From 12 pm to 1 pm, join us for Pole Fitness, focusing on enhancing your skills and fitness level. Then, from 1 pm to 2 pm, unleash your creativity in our Pole Dance class, combining artistry with athleticism.
If you're interested in something different, we have Aerial Yoga available from 4 pm to 5 pm. For those who enjoy a bit of our Aerial Hoop class from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm will challenge and inspire you. Finally, wrap up your evening with our Circus class from 7 pm to 8 pm, where you can explore aerial hoop, slings, aerial pole, pole, aerial hoop and the pole strap.

Introducing the POWERfit Studio, the world's only studio offering BASHMENTPole and BASHMENTAerial classes.
Featuring an array of poles, aerial hoops and aerial hammocks, the newly refurbished studio provides a range of pole fitness, aerial yoga, pole dance, dance, yoga, flexibility and aerial hammock classes for all skill levels.
Perfect for hire, the POWERfit studio is spacious with high ceilings and a clean aesthetic, large mirrors, high grade non-slip flooring and professional lighting, and provides secure entry, toilet facilities and storage for shoes and clothing.
Equipment and apparatus is rigged ready for usage with crash mats available.
