Each session begins with a gentle warm-up, where you'll learn to engage with the hammock and explore your range of motion. The unique spinning element adds a playful twist to your practice, allowing you to let go of tension and embrace the freedom of movement.
As you flow through various poses, you'll build strength and improve your balance, all while enjoying the uplifting energy of a Bashment acoustic playlist. This rhythmic backdrop will encourage you to connect with your body and breath, creating a harmonious experience that feels both empowering and liberating.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, Spinny Aerial Yoga offers a supportive environment where you can challenge yourself and discover new depths in your practice.
