Each session begins with a gentle warm-up, where you'll learn to engage with the hammock and explore your range of motion. The unique spinning element adds a playful twist to your practice, allowing you to let go of tension and embrace the freedom of movement.
As you flow through various poses, you'll build strength and improve your balance, all while enjoying the uplifting energy of a Bashment acoustic playlist. This rhythmic backdrop will encourage you to connect with your body and breath, creating a harmonious experience that feels both empowering and liberating.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced aerialist Spinny Aerial hammock offers a supportive environment where you can challenge yourself and discover new depths in your practice. Madison was an amazing instructor she helped us all feel comfortable enough to try each activity even though some of us had never done anything like this. By the end of the class we were all pros even. Would hundred percent recommend for a fun activity and would defo go back again.
This was my first spinny hammock class and first class with Maddie as an instructor and she had amazingggg energy! Always lovely vibes in this in this studio, I really loved that she challenged us to try harder moves - I will definitely try spinny pole with her next
Booked for my niece, younger cousins, and myself ; and let me tell you, today’s session (18/04) was AMAZING!
I honestly just booked it for a bit of fun and thought I wouldn’t be able to do much, but I was so wrong. I was at the front of the class and normally that would frighten me but I was fine. The class was super welcoming, all the ladies were lovely, and our instructor, T… she was the BEST! Her energy was everything, and the music had me wanting to dance non-stop.

I really appreciated how encouraging and patient you were. You broke things down in a way that made everything feel possible, even when I wasn’t sure I could do it. Your energy is infectious, and I loved how you cheered us on every step of the way.
The music selection was 💯💯 and added so much to the vibe. Plus, everyone in the class was so warm and friendly—it made stepping out of my comfort zone so much easier.
And that meditation at the end was soo necessary- you have no idea how much I needed that.
