Each session kicks off with an energizing warm-up, getting you comfortable with the dual hammock setup. From there, you'll progress through a series of sequences that build strength, improve coordination, and spark creativity. For those feeling social, we'll guide you through optional partner work - from mirrored movements to supported poses that build trust and connection. Solo flyers will have plenty of material to sink their teeth into, with modifications and progressions to suit every comfort level.
