Designed for those with some pole experience under their belt, this class is all about practicing pole fitness moves in heels. You'll take the moves you already know – spins, climbs, holds, and inverts – and execute them with the added challenge and style of heels. But it doesn't stop there. We also focus on moving around the pole, transitioning between standing and floor-based movement, and building combinations that flow seamlessly from the base to the air and back down again.

The soundtrack is pure Bashment. The energy is unmatched. The heels are mandatory.

Each session breaks down techniques and combinations that help you build strength, improve your heel game, and discover a side of pole fitness that's equal parts power and performance. Whether you're looking to clean up your technique, build confidence in heels, or simply experience pole from a different angle, this class delivers.
