Join us for a Classical Mat Pilates class designed to build strength, control and stability. Through precise, intentional movements, you’ll strengthen your core and improve posture all while staying true to the classical Pilates method!
In this class, you'll move through the traditional mat repertoire, including foundational exercises like The Hundred, Roll-Up, Single Leg Circles, Rolling Like a Ball, and the Series of Five. Each movement is performed with mindful breath and deliberate precision, honoring Joseph Pilates' original sequence and intent.
