Pole & Periods

Pole & Periods is a feel good event that brings together cycle wisdom, movement and feminine confidence in one empowering evening.

You will learn how to support your hormones and menstrual cycle in a way that actually fits real life. We will talk symptoms, energy, cravings and mood, and how to work with your body instead of fighting it. You will also explore how movement, dance and feminine expression support hormone balance and help you feel strong and in flow.

The evening flows from a one hour educational talk into a playful, confidence boosting pole class led by Power Fit Studios, followed by a stretch and open Q&A. No pole experience needed, just curiosity and an open mind.

You will also be treated to a goodie bag filled with beauty products, drinks, supplements and more to support you beyond the studio.

You will leave feeling informed, energised and deeply connected to your body, with tools you can use straight away.
