Are you looking to learn a new skill while also burning calories and feeling empowered, confident, and strong? Then this is the class for you!

POWERfit #BASHMENT Pole Fitness Classes are the first and only Bashment pole classes in the world. Our strength and flexibility class is tailored to your level and accommodates your needs. You’ll learn the fundamentals of pole fitness and have the chance to freestyle at the end of class to showcase your newfound skills.

Please don’t feel shy – this is a safe and empowering space for everyone. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

This is a group class that will be taking place in South London. There will be a few people per pole, but don’t worry, you’ll get equal time on the pole and enough time to rest in between. This mixed ability class is suitable for complete beginners.

Our Saturday pole classes are designed to be a welcoming space for you and your little one, and we happily accommodate babies up to age 2. To ensure everyone has a comfortable experience, please remember to bring any essentials you might need. We're so excited to have you join us!

LIT LIT - the most fun pole class I’ve ever had

I’ve done pole before a number of years ago, but this was my first time at The Powerfit studio and i absolutely LOVED every second of it. Even from the warm up being so meticulous and designed to stretch every part of you to learning the moves, Tiarna was encouraging, patient and helpful. Everyone cheered each other on and the fact bashment was playing the whole time really elevated the vibes. We had time to freestyle at the end as well with the lights off and again it just took the vibes to another level. Would a million percent recommend the classes (which i have to my friends already) and will definitely be going back. Thank you Tiarna!

Wowzer!

What a class!

I was a total beginner & have now been about 7 times - it’s addictive! It’s great no matter what level you’re at; it caters for everyone.

Tiarna is a motivational & encouraging teacher. She is friendly & very engaging. She has been very patient with me & is so supportive throughout the class. It’s very professional, with an extensive warm up, conditioning & cool down with each class. I’ve learned something different every time I’ve been. Every bit of progress is recognised & commended. I always leave feeling like I’ve achieved something & I’m never disappointed or feel like I’ve failed.

Not only is it great for fitness, building core strength & flexibility, it’s really helped build my confidence.
It is such a supportive & empowering class, I’d recommend it to anyone to try.

I’ve found my pole home

Finally got myself to a pole class after a year break and I’m so glad that I went to Tiarna’s class, it definitely reignited my love for pole.
Loved the in-depth warm up/conditioning & lengthy session facilitated by Tiarna & Marian. The mixed-ability class is great for baby polers, advanced polers and everyone in between.
It is such a supportive environment and the studio is lovely, you can tell Tiarna pays attention to little things that enhance the experience as a whole.

Amazing class!

First class I’ve been to in ages where I felt like I really got value for money - Tiarna did a proper warm up, stretch, condition, tricks, and warm down. All adapted to your ability and left aching in the best way possible. Also studio facilities were lovely, would absolutely recommend to first timers all the way to advanced pole dancers xx
