I booked a group class at the POWERfit studio for my most recent birthday and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Tiarna brings a wonderful lively energy to the class that you just won't find anywhere else. I came with a group of friends who were new to pole and she pitched the class to their abilities perfectly. As soon as the warm up started we knew we were in for a good time, plus everyone felt supported and encouraged throughout the class- and came away with a real sense of achievement. Definitely not something you would get at your average birthday bash and one I'll remember forever.

At first I was a little nervous because I’ve never done it before but Tiarna was kind , patient and uplifting I quickly felt comfortable and even confident . Me and my friends all had a blast and will defo be coming again. She’s such a great teacher and she’s so amazing . I would deffo recommend her and she will defo be seeing me again ❤️
