Do you want to burn over 700 calories in a safe and empowering space surrounded by supportive encouraging individuals? Do you want to learn a new skill or perfect a skill you have been training then this is the class for you.
Combining strength, cardio, flexibility and mobility practices, aerial hoop is one of the best ways to build/tone muscles, elevate your endurance and allow you to feel confident whilst catching a Caribbean vibe.
This #BASHMENTaerial class will consist of continuous Bashment with a whine up yuh waistline warm up, strength and conditioning, you will then learn a range of moves tailored to your specific level and abilities and then we will combined these moves together to create a combination routine.

Addictive!

Had my second class, this time with Tiarna. She’s an absolutely lovely instructor who hypes you up for the entire hour and a half. Learned loads of fun tricks and can’t wait to get back to class.

Amazing !!

I was a total beginner to aerial hoop and went to Kriszti's Thursday class. It was SO much fun - I felt super safe throughout and Kriszti was so encouraging and lovely, I managed to do loads more moves than I expected. Will definitely be returning :)

First ever class was amazing

I had my first class with Kristy and she was absolutely lovely. Took time to give attention to every student and was really encouraging. Can’t wait for the next lesson

Aerial hoop

Yesterday was my first aerial hoop class after attending pole for a month. Hoop definitely tested my ability, as it feels that bit harder for me, but Tiarna was on hand to assist me and push me to believe I could do the moves she was teaching. Watching back my videos from the class, you can see Tiarna smiling at each and every attempt from me and it just shows how supportive and proud she is of every single student. Thank you T.

It was my first time doing aerial hoop and I lovedddd it!
Tiarna really believes in her students and honestly its that belief that allowed me to get into positions I aint even dreamed of. The constant encouragement and massive celebrationsss whenever you get into the right pose creates such a great atmosphere and I loved the vibe. I cant wait for the next class! x
