TUESDAY POWERfit #BASHMENTpole dance class 

This sexy, heels-based POWERfit workshop is aimed at those seeking to learn and/or develop specific dance style techniques, choreography and their performance presence. Whether you'd simply like to complement your existing pole practice or need to work on your technique & stage presence for a special performance or competition, this intensive will improve your dance ability, stamina and agility around the pole, as well as helping grow your stage confidence and teach choreography. 
The workshop is a minimum of 2hours and split into 2 sections. The first section of the class is a prerequisite "pole essentials" focused session where you will learn a range of pole fitness moves, this ensures that any and all choreography/techniques taught thereafter are appropriate for your specific fitness and flexibility levels. It also serves as a conditioning session to progress the needed skillset, mobility & strength for you to feel confident to proceed to the second section of the class.
The second session is solely performance and/or choreography focused, you will incorporate all pole fitness moves learnt into a dance routine. Whether it be for yourself, a video feature or competition, this lesson will teach contemporary Bashment and commercial heels dance techniques and choreography to help evolve your performance style, maximise your stage presence and really bring out your POWERful POWERfit #BASHMENTpole self !!!!

So much fun!

I was quite nervous I would look like a fish and not remember any of the choreo but by the end I could not stop trying it over and over! An incredible workout with a lovely mix of people. Tiarna is a great teacher and makes you feel like you can do ANYTHING even when you don’t feel it, her energy is infectious! Can’t wait for more of these classes!!!

Pole bashment dance class

This was my first time attending, I was always hesitant about coming to her dance classes because I felt like everyone had been there longer Then me and I wouldn’t fit in, but then I saw tiarna one day on a bus and I spoke to her and she was really lovely and understanding and made sure I booked and I’m glad she did because everyone was so welcoming, tiarna is such a lovely and supportive girl and I would definitely recommend her and her classes to everyone. She takes things very slow so even for beginners like myself can understand what she’s doing, she repeats it until we feel like we understand what she’s doing and even then she comes around individually helping us if we need it also.

My first pole dance class and I loved it. The choreography was broken down and we were given a variety of moves to try! Loved the introductions and the comfortable space created. Tiarna and the whole class were so supportive. Felt challenged and comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Can’t wait for the next one!
