POWERFITWITHT KIDS AERIAL HOOP CLASSES
Got energetic kids..? Well we have a class for that. We are glad to announce that we have added Kids 1-2-1 / Private Hoop Lessons to the POWERFITWITHT class roster. The kids class has been specially developed and is appropriate for kids aged
5 yo- 16yo. The private hoop tutelage will allow for the safe progression of children of any and all levels, no matter their age.

Each class is progressive, the children will be taught at their pace, practicing and refining hoop techniques learnt from their previous session, but still centering on having fun whilst learning those new skills.

The children will get an opportunity to learn moves and tricks on the Aerial Hoop that will help them gain not only strength, but also develop their flexibility, join mobility, co-ordination, agility and balance, all whilst growing their self-confidence and creativity.

Each 60min 1-2-1 consists of warm up games/drills (dependant on age) , specific technique work (dependant on their skills/fitness level ) and then a cool down. All classes will be taught by a fully qualified aerial hoop tutor, also certified in first aid.

I am also DBS checked and beginner and intermediate level aerial instructor certified
