This is amazing!!!!

Tiarna as an instructor makes every move look effortless and is able to break down the moves into sections for beginners and for the intermediate class attendees. She also celebrates every victory each student has in class which is the best feeling!
If you do get onto a class definitely purchase one of the beautiful pole suits, they also make you feel and look amazing, plus are incredible quality, I have 2 already 🙊
