Suspended in a silk hammock, you’ll experience classic Pilates exercises with a fresh perspective—enhancing strength, flexibility, and body awareness while floating effortlessly.

Each session begins with a grounded warm-up to connect breath to movement, then transitions into the hammock, where you’ll use the fabric for support, resistance, and dynamic challenges. The aerial element deepens core engagement, decompresses the spine, and allows for fluid transitions between poses—creating a uniquely empowering workout.

As you flow through suspended planks, aerial bridges, and graceful inversions, you’ll build lean muscle, improve posture, and unlock new ranges of motion—all accompanied by a curated playlist of soulful Bashment acoustics to keep you energised and inspired.
