Sunday POWERfit Mixed ability pole #BASHMENTpole/ 8:30-9:30pm

This dynamic pole class focuses on learning individual static tricks and linking them into short, fluid combinations. The aim is to build confidence in executing movements with control while exploring how to connect them together in creative and intentional ways. Rather than relying on momentum, you will learn clean entries and exits for each trick, with an emphasis on slow, controlled transitions between moves.

Throughout the class, you will work with foundational static grip variations and practice short, repeatable combos such as moving from a hook into a jade split and then into a figurehead. These sequences are designed to be practical and easy to build upon, so you leave with skills you can keep developing on your own. Body awareness and placement are key focuses, helping you reduce reliance on momentum and move with greater precision.

This class is perfect for students who want to expand their movement vocabulary and start combining skills in fun ways. A basic comfort with spins like chair, firefighter spin, and front or back hook is recommended, along with the ability to lift your body weight briefly, such as through a climb or a pull up into a sit. You do not need prior experience linking tricks together—just come ready to break movements down and explore.
