We begin with a warm-up, gently introducing you to the support of the hammock. The practice then unfolds into a series of flowing, graceful sequences that build lean strength, enhance deep flexibility, and promote a profound sense of peace—all synchronized to the soulful, uplifting rhythms of a Gospel soundtrack.
