The POWERfit beginner instructor course is a comprehensive two-day program taking place on the 1st and 8th of December. As a participant, you will receive a manual that covers all aspects of the beginner curriculum, including important safety precautions for spotting. You will also have access to a free pole rental for five hours and the opportunity to shadow an experienced instructor during five classes. Lastly, you will have the chance to lead your own class, where your performance will be evaluated and you will be certified as a POWER beginner pole instructor.
