Drop into the low vibes and take flight with #BASHMENTaerial hammocks dance class – where the streets meet the skies. This is not your average aerial session. This is dance first, aerial second. Winding, grooving, and moving through the air to the heaviest Bashment riddims, all from the comfort of your very own hammock.

Forget everything you know about traditional aerial. This class is pure energy. We're talking full-body movement, waistline control, and dancehall-inspired routines – but make it suspended. You'll learn to isolate, drop, and ride the beat while wrapped in silk, combining ground-based dance moves with the unique freedom of being airborne.

Each session kicks off with a warm-up that gets the blood hot and the body loose, followed by a breakdown of dance sequences designed to be performed in the hammock. Think dips, sways, and serious stunting – all synced to a heavyweight Bashment soundtrack that keeps the pressure on from start to finish.

No aerial experience? No problem. No dance experience? Still no problem. This is about feeling the music, moving your body, and experiencing something completely different. Just bring your energy, your favourite fit, and a willingness to try something new.
