Suitable for ages 15 and above, this class offers a clean Bashment experience with carefully curated instrumentals and refined vibes throughout.

Whether you're drawn to the dramatic swing of the trapeze, the climb of the rope, the flow of the hammock, the dynamic spin of the flying pole, the graceful curves of the hoop, or the raw industrial edge of chains, this class gives you the space to try them all.

Each session begins with a refined warm-up, preparing your body safely for the demands of aerial work while setting the tone for the class ahead. From there, you'll rotate through different stations, guided by expert instruction that meets you where you are. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned aerialist, you'll find something to challenge and inspire you on every apparatus.
