POWERfit #RnB Pole Fitness Classes are the first and only RnB pole classes in the world.

What does that mean? It means we trade the typical club bangers for smooth 90s and 2000s RnB vibes—think Aaliyah, Destiny's Child, Usher, and TLC. Every move is choreographed to the beat, so you're not just working out—you're feeling the music, riding the rhythm, and flowing with attitude. It's sensual, it's soulful, and it's empowering as hell.

Our strength and flexibility class is tailored to your level and accommodates your needs. You'll learn the fundamentals of pole fitness—grips, spins, climbs, and sits—but with that RnB swag that makes every move feel like a music video moment. And yes, you'll have the chance to freestyle at the end of class to showcase your newfound skills, your way, to your favourite slow jam.

Please don't feel shy – this is a safe and empowering space for everyone. Whether you've never touched a pole before or you're returning after a break, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

This is a group class taking place in South London. There will be a few people per pole, but don't worry – you'll get equal time on the pole and enough time to rest in between. This mixed ability class is suitable for complete beginners.
